Midtown Martial Arts exists to build strong families through disciplined training, shared challenges, and earned achievement. Frequently Asked
Questions
What ages do you serve?
We offer classes for children as young as 4 through adults. Many of our families train together in the same environment, even if they are grouped by skill level during portions of class.
Can parents train with their kids?
Yes. We encourage families to train together. Parents and children often attend back-to-back or blended classes, creating shared goals and accountability at home.
Is there a specific enrollment season?
No. Training runs year-round, and new students may start at any time. Because martial arts is skill-based and progressive, there is no “season” to wait for.
How often should students attend?
Most students age 7+ attend 2–3 times per week for steady progress. Consistency is key to advancement and skill development.
Do students have to attend on specific days?
No. We provide several class times each week for each age group and rank level. Families may choose the sessions that work best for them, making it easier to stay consistent even with busy schedules.
How do we get started?
The first step is scheduling a trial class. This allows you to experience our environment, meet instructors, and determine the best fit for your family.
What is the commitment?
Martial arts is a long-term journey. While we offer flexible membership options, we encourage families to approach training with consistency and commitment.
